Panama City, Panama Tuesday, December 14, 2010
This morning I woke up again at 5:40, hopefully I will be able to catch a plane today.. At 6:00 Orlando was ready with the boat and we went to El Porvenir to arrive there around 6:10..
After asking around we heard there was a plane coming, but I heard that before ;) So I ordered a coffee and a local bread.. Around 7:00 a 20 seater plane landed, but only two people where allowed to get on board.. And it wasn't me ;) But the pilot said another plane was coming..
So there was still some hope, then I heard that a 9 seater plane was coming, and we where waiting with approx 15 people.. That will be a challenge, I asked a local guy if I could get in, as I had yesterdays flight ticket, and most other people except a foreign girl didn't have a ticket.
So he agreed, around 7:15 the other plane was arriving, and I didn't believe that I was save, till I got in and was in the air ;) When I was in the plane, the pilot asked me to come out, but what was the case, he wanted me as co-pilot. A good choice of course ;)
A bit later around 8:15 we landed in Panama City.. Yes! Hopefully me plane to Quito will go tomorrow, but that should (normally) be fine. I took a taxi to the backpackers where I stayed before, as I left half my stuff there in a storage room.
Around 8:40 I arrived at the backpackers and checked-in, but had to wait till 11:00 for the rooms to be empty and cleaned. So I informed Ingrid and Bjorn that I was still alive ;) And updated my blog. So that the rest of the world also can read my nice stories ;) lol and see that I'm still alive ;)
Around 10:00 I finished updating my blog and went across the road to get some food, as I was getting hungry..
